The reader picks up the top card from the pile and reads aloud the dilemma. Each dilemma has an 'A' and a 'B' option. The player must think carefully and decide what they would do when faced with this choice.
In their head they choose either 'A' or 'B', but don't tell anyone what they chose – that would ruin the game!
